      Company is in an outsourcing phase, higher performance expectations with less people, no longer promoting itself as a "Great Place to Work"

      Pros

      The company is great for self-driven employees. If you can take a task and run with it, you will succeed. The company prides itself on providing many services for the employees to do things on their own.

      Cons

      There needs to be more support in the work/life balance area for the engineers. A lot of the people seem to be there just because they need a job, not because they really enjoy the atmosphere.

      Pros

      Friendly fellow workers depending on the departments.

      Cons

      Some of the departments are extremely toxic with useless management. Politics, favoritism, way too much work with no extra help, management is yelling too much at a certain group without a reason while allowing the toxic workers harassing/intimidating and even be hostile to the point threatening with physical violence is involved instead of actually doing something about it.
