Pros

Free popcorn. Free coffee. A badge.

Cons

The recruiters imply that the contract will be renewed and extended. That’s false. We worked for four days. It wasn’t worth it. I know the office has been downsized substantially.

Pros

Used to have some of the smartest people I have ever known. Great work-life balance, depending on your boss. Free pop, coffee, and popcorn. Used to be a great place to work. Location is near a lot of Eden Prairie's best restaurants.

Cons

Hemorrhaging smart brains like water through a storm drain. Almost a decade of slow financial decline. New owner is intent on driving away talent, sees employees as costs. Layoffs every ~6 months for the past three or four years. Made to train outsourced talent on our jobs; layoffs have almost exclusively been impacting US workers.
