      Relationships with teammates throughout the company.

      Cagey, dishonest management styles. Lack of management qualification and experience with management promotions (Nepotism/Cronyism). Unclear on promotions or opportunities available.

      Pros

      People are very polite. My manger is very kind and good person. Also full time remote work is welcomed at least in my spot.

      Cons

      You can feel the struggle of the company. Seems like everyone is in survival mode. Also I feel like the company will never grow into it's expectations. The Software development process is a mess as well. Understand this company is risky if you need stability go else where.

      Pros

      Compensation for overtime work, which there is quite of bit of with this job. Frequent bonuses.

      Cons

      Very little work-life balance. Expect to work late almost every day, during billing periods it is not uncommon to work 50+ hour weeks. Mobility is also very limited. Only certain favorite employees receive pay increases or promotions.
