When you work at KLDiscovery you work with some of the most educated and driven people in the industry. The people here give their all for their clients. There have been some growing pains but management is working hard to address them as opposed to sweeping them under the rug, as so many companies do. I really feel that there is an open door policy, reaching up to the CEO.

Cons

The work life balance is difficult. This is standard across e-discovery. Some tech issues that need addressing
