      A company full of nice people neglected by management

      Pros

      Most people are professional, kind, and generous with their time.

      Cons

      •This publicly-traded company has yet to turn an actual profit. •Expectations around availability to clients are absurd. This is conveniently not disclosed during interviews. Tons of turnover as a result. •Way too much process and specialization result in absurd timelines for even the most basic of client requests. Remarkable that customers tolerate it. •Silos silos silos.

      Pros

      People are very polite. My manger is very kind and good person. Also full time remote work is welcomed at least in my spot.

      Cons

      You can feel the struggle of the company. Seems like everyone is in survival mode. Also I feel like the company will never grow into it's expectations. The Software development process is a mess as well. Understand this company is risky if you need stability go else where.

      Pros

      Much of the staff is professional and friendly to work with. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Many cutbacks to employee perks after going public. Demanding hours but they are upfront about this expectation. A very difficult workload to sustain. The operation has scaled a lot and management does work to make changes and improvements but it takes time.
