      Pros

      Tenured and professional co-workers. Enjoy working with a majority of my coworkers.

      Cons

      Too process oriented, almost to a fault. The steps can slow down the response to a clients need.

      Amazing and Compassionate Company

      Pros

      We were recently bought/merged with LDiscovery and the CEO and everyone of the Staff (including the CEO) that I met have been extremely caring, compassionate, and driven to achieve success. In fact the CEO went out of his way to increase my salary quite a bit so that I was paid what HR determined as an average and fair market value.

      Cons

      There are none yet that I have seen, although that doesn't mean that there won't be challenges or bumps along the way.
