Not many pros these days.

Cons

No trust or transparency - lots of secrets and decisions from the top. Care and investment in employees has gone away in the last 6 months. New CEO and new leaders coming in and doing takeover. Just another PE takeover in the making and employees are just cogs in the machine to make the people in charge more money. Those of us who have been here doing the work for many years no longer matter and won't get anything out of it. Recent layoffs are evidence of this - everyone is scared they will be in the next round.

The people under previous CEO leadership- many no longer here

Cons

Micromanagement to the extreme under new leadership. New CEO has failure to see big picture, or lack of interest to and on boarded to this company only to lead in outsourcing positions to India and transition most positions to AI. Not really making any effort to know his collegues. Writing is on the wall. The countdown is on!
