Pros

Good pay as a Team Lead, pretty flexible, completely remote. As a Team Lead, you can still shut off your phone and laptop on Friday and not pick it back up until Monday.

Cons

Not a ton of projects have been available this year (2025)- and when they're available, they're for much shorter periods of time (could be due to AI). In July, I only worked a total of 30 hours, and it wasn't from a lack of trying. They track your exact location at all times, so you have to report to IT every time you're working outside of the address you said you'd be.
