The people under previous CEO leadership- many no longer here

Cons

Micromanagement to the extreme under new leadership. New CEO has failure to see big picture, or lack of interest to and on boarded to this company only to lead in outsourcing positions to India and transition most positions to AI. Not really making any effort to know his collegues. Writing is on the wall. The countdown is on!

The best part about KLD is the people.

Cons

Not a lot of cross collaboration between departments, which has an impact on productivity. The company was also recently taken over by an investment firm whose only long-term goal is to sell the company. This has lead to a lot of layoffs, uncertainty and low morale
