Pros

Free doughnuts on Friday, and free parking.

Cons

After Kroll Ontrack was purchased with the backing of private equity funds to become KL Discovery, the new management of the company went full Gordon Gekko and stripped every last benefit afforded to document reviewers. Loyalty and quality work increasingly meant little as the company's focus was on cutting expenses and increasing revenues in any way it could. The company still struggles with the crush of debt and huge management fees siphoned off by the private equiteers, and now that the company has been forced to go public to raise additional monies to keep afloat, the full extent of its failure is evident in it public disclosures about the financial state of the company. Good people have left in droves. Quality has suffered.
