Pros

Great colleagues are a pleasure to work with. Doc review attorneys are very collegial with each other and have a wide range of legal experience and expertise. Flexible work hours are fantastic, especially if you are fighting 494 traffic.

Cons

With the recent takeover, new management is slashing benefits in unpredictable and unfair ways. Document review attorneys who would like to be respected at work should look elsewhere for the time being. A shame because until very recently I would have recommended this employer.

Pros

The pay is the best for Document Review jobs in the Twin Cities

Cons

This kind of work serves a purpose--for some it supplements other income, for others it offers the flexibility they need. Working at KrolLDiscovery requires you to have an 'it is what it is' attitude, otherwise it's easy to become disgruntled.
