Management: Lack thereof. CEO is a megalomaniac and does not live by his own principles. Most senior management would not even be supervisors in other similar sized companies. Old boy network, team locker room mentality. Infrastructure: Infantile

Pros

The people were fantastic, smart, easy to work with, and dedicated to the solution.

Cons

The direction of the company was in limbo for 3 years before I left between being acquired twice and multiple CEO changes the future was never fully outlined and often scrapped as a whole.

Pleasant co-workers, free parking, bagels on occasion

Cons

Recent acquisition by LDiscovery has led to 3% cut in compensation by elimination of holiday pay and 40-hour bonus pay for every 1500 hours worked. LDiscovery has also cut off internet access and Wi-Fi access for reviewers while also trying to impose higher productivity rate expectations on reviewers.
