Pros

- great working relationships within specific teams - day-to-day tasks are fulfilling

Cons

- culture being introduced by the CEO and executives is strongly "company-first" - very aggressive about asking employees to leave if "the culture isn't for you" - different departments run specific agendas, do not work well together - executive tone in communication to employees lacks respect, often comes across as angry or extremely entitled

Pros

Some great and talented people. Great work life balance and pay and PTO are very fair.

Cons

LDiscovery is making it hard for Kroll Ontrack people to feel welcomed and safe in their job roles. This is especially true in IT. Most IT staff are looking at any other employment option just to feel stable. This is 100% from lack of true leadership.
