      Pros

      L Discovery recently purchased Kroll on Track and has made a seamless adjustment. They provide a flexible work schedule and managers who are firm yet accessible. They also provide 40 hours of paid personal time for a temporary assignment.

      Cons

      The company only offers temporary positions based on their ability to obtain discovery projects throughout the country. The company may improve its efficiency by creating more permanent positions in different pasts of the country rather than central locations.

      Pros

      Good colleagues, relaxed work atmosphere and no culture of micromanagement or people being precious about their job - everyone pitches in and helps if necessary.

      Cons

      Nobody is well paid apart from a few of the lead Sales people. Lots of change recently means an unstable future. Having a larger US arm leads to the international business being overlooked or bulldozed at times.
