      Pros

      Location is nice, beyond that nothing else.

      Cons

      Frequent pressure to work overtime with no benefits, generally disorganized work flow with multiple teams/departments often overlapping. Its not uncommon to have 3-4 "bosses" overseeing your work and mirco managing.
