      Many employees are former co-ops Transparent Company Hybrid Work Available

      Cons

      Co-ops don't get paid holiday or allowed to enter giveaways Co-ops are expected to work in the office at least for their first semester

      Pros

      This is a good place to start your career if you’re single and have yet to start a family.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive with the industry. Coaching/mentoring doesn’t work or offer value when the coach/mentor pushes their own agenda onto the employee. Work/life balance is touted but doesn’t work well. The recent pandemic made that evident when off hours were preferred to care for family when childcare was unavailable.
