KLN is a family owned business. Each and every e sterilize our facility to keep us safe. Each and every employee is valued by the management and owners. KLN is interested in making sure the community is taken care of as well. The company believes in promotion from within, if possible. During the pandemic, KLN has kept us up to speed with the latest advice against transmission, given us masks and has established protocols to try and keep us safe. As a worker with more than one year of service, I receive a share of the profits from the business. The principles the company promotes, are the same kinds of values, that I would put in place myself, if the company was mine. The company also provides me with a wide variety of competitive benefits.

A growing company, amazing co workers with great benefits. A company who genuinely cares about each employee at work and outside of work. Employee incentive programs, profit sharing on top of great pay, medical, dental, housing assistance to name a few. Glad to be apart of a company with such an impact on the community and beyond. Being new to the area they really have made my family and I feel welcome.
