A lot of freedom in the way you work

Cons

Constant reorgnisations and new bosses. Can often be chaotic and not even your manager knows what's going on.

Pros

If you're in a cashcow area it is good. Generally however the culture is defined in each product area and as such there is no one culture. Has a lot of long-time employees all over the org.

Cons

Make sure your personal AND department results are measured in dimes - and enough of them - for job security. Culture is something we talk about, especialy lgbtq+ but internally it's a mess and people get moved around like kattle in some areas.
