      KONE is the 3rd most best company around the world in producing elevators and escalators, so working in KONE we can experience a cross-functional working between world's most developed countries like Finland, England, USA, France, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Netherland and some other European countries. Also we can learn about the current technology which rules the world like Augmented reality, Virtual reality, and other artificial intelligence, in these KONE adapts quickly to improve their quality of the products

      Cons

      In KONE India, the top level management are not with professional ethics. Opportunities of internal transfer inside KONE is fully controlled by top level management, So the eligible candidate loosing their opportunities mostly. Employees are underpaid in some of the departments in KONE and even the HR department is not having full control in deciding the salary pay of an employee. Everything was controlled by some of the top level management peoples
