not many company benefits, constant stressful work and work under pressure, you can't make a single mistake, not many trainings, management not looking at employees' needs and recommendations -pushing employees over their limits and expecting to do insanely impossible amount of work

I was there for over a decade but since 2014 has gone down-hill big-time. Falling market in China has forced European management to seek higher profits elsewhere and Australian management embarked on deliberate policy of cutting service and quality standards considerably hoping that customers wouldn't notice but they did. Complaints galore hard to deal with. Employee morale plummeted and huge staff turnover further reducing quality. 5 Directors terminated over 2 years, bullying and intimidation rampant. Sick corporate culture.
