Free Breakfast , lunch, dinner Free transportion Employee friendly Decent annual hike but your salary will be way far below than market

Cons

Too much bias, no growth after certain level. You need to be managers favourite if you want growth. Office politics and biase for promotion , lay off, awards, Selfish top management. Seniors dominant company Management behaves as if they are the owner of the company.

Pros

Good salary, good work/life balance, hybrid working, flexible working, good progression opportunities.

Cons

Everything is twice as complicated as it needs to be. Layers upon layers of communications issues and red tape so it takes a long time to get anything done. The operating model renewal (2023) was handled very poorly and has left a bad taste in a lot of employee's mouths - not just those that have been made redundant or those whose jobs have changed.
