      1. Work pressure 2. No timings 3. Namesake Saturday off 4. No value for front line 5. Only no. of years matters 6. No career growth min. 20 years to reach manager level that too if seniors there you can't 7. Like a military the grade will increase 8. No value for talents 9. Local management resource could,ve been better 10. Travel policy worst in market

      Pros

      Great management, very inclusive/ collaborative approach and a clear strategy. Maybe the Finnish approach but this is not a company that 'throws people away' - they always try to challenge and develop their employees to get the best out of them.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be a little too driven out of HQ. Sometimes needs to listen to their country leaders a little more.
