Promotions at KPA are never promised, so we are disappointed to hear that this was your experience. While we pride ourselves on promoting our high-performing employees, nobody is guaranteed a promotion. Specifically on our sales teams where performance metrics are highly measurable, there may be eligibility criteria in order to be considered for a promotion.
