Pros

Only if you are an entry level engineer and you can listen to so many bosses!

Cons

You have to accept orders from too many bosses! This is not a place for an experienced engineer. They won't let you grow and use your mind. The Worst place for an experienced engineer to work.

Pros

Interesting projects and a great office location in the heart of downtown Seattle.

Cons

Sometimes hard to connect with other employees, didn't feel very tight knit and sometimes felt my relations there were extremely superficial.

Pros

Opportunities to gain design experience with all types of materials from day one. Encourages employee growth and client contact. Allows you to pursue your passion. Laid back and creative work environment.

Cons

Have found myself kind of stuck in my position for the last year since company is currently top heavy with middle management. Sometimes can get overwhelmed with deadlines that seem unrealistic, and sometimes do not get project support due lack of staff.
