Pros

Reading over some of the positive reviews, clearly not what's happening. Company does well to train fresh graduates, but lacks growth

Cons

Principals/managers have constant pressure to perform company goals. Unfortunately this is a perfect example of a sweatshop.

exposure to various types of projects - commercial, agency, government; support from internal engineering and CAD groups; independence, freedom and encouragement to pursue your own jobs/projects.

Cons

high demands to be billable and low interest in exploring new project opportunities; base salary is lower than in other consulting firms; good performance and initiative do not translate into award of bonuses.

Co-workers are great people and there are interesting projects, a great place to expand on your skills as there are plenty of opportunities to gain experience.

Cons

Management is mostly absent from work, demands you are more billable on your timecard yet does nothing to improve the work load.
