      Pros

      Smart people who are down to earth and fun to work with across all levels. Many employees respect the support staff. Made a lot of friends while working there. Fun office events OK benefits Great place to start out and gain experience if you don't have any Pretty relaxed environment if you're looking for just a day job and aren't concerned with career growth

      Cons

      Very little room for advancement or recognition for added responsibility and achievements on the admin team. A few frustrating senior level employees who forget you're a human (feels a little old boys club) Pay is low and raises are a joke

      Pros

      Wide range of people with different skill sets and from different backgrounds. Great opportunity to learn and grow as a young engineer, and employees are empowered to take on as much responsibility as desired.

      Cons

      Pay is consistently lower than industry average. Benefits and retirement package are average. Great place to start a career but not recommended long term if you're looking to be adequately compensated.

      Employee events. Opportunities to work on interesting projects.

      Cons

      Politics. Prohibitive old school mentality. Undervalue support roles and in-between roles. Accounting system that is still using Excel spreadsheets - inefficient and outdated given today's modern technological options.
