-Amazing benefits: paid for every hour over 40, great medical, 401k contributions, free snacks and drinks, speperate sick and personal time off, and dental coming soon. -Lots of variety to work. -Principal really cares about employee success and wants to help them meet their career goals. -Ping pong table and dart board

-Principals are very busy so you must be a self starter and very organized.

Cons

Sometimes there seems like there is too much work to get done, but that's what you'd expect when we have so many great repeat clients and large projects. You also get a lot of help during crunch times.
