      Interesting projects, enlightened management, lack of bureaucracy, good location, smart co-workers, profit sharing, good opportunities to advance in responsibility

      Pros

      KPFF is a company built on the foundations of building strong relationships, having excellent people, and doing excellent work. That creates a family-like environment filled with driven and passionate people who love what they do. Employees are supported to pursue their career goals, and to develop in any way they want. There are no better people to work with in the industry.

      Cons

      KPFF is not a place for people who are not self-motivated, and desire or require lots of specific direction and clarity. It is a very free environment, and you need to take personal responsibility to make your career what you want it to be.

      Pros

      Deadlines are manageable. Most engineers are willing to take time out of their day to work with you and share their experience/opinion on a particular project. A very flat organization, little bureaucracy. A diverse group of people, different backgrounds and experiences.

      Cons

      There is no structure for career development, which can limit the progression of young engineers.
