Pros

The pay was decent, and the benefits were great. There were plenty of training opportunities. They really treat you well.

Cons

I trained my replacements in Bangalore and Mexico City right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, if you are not an extreme left political person, you had better not let that be known or you will get exited. They really have built a culture around extreme political correctness.

Pros

Workload not as bad as other Big 4 bc overall has smaller clients

Cons

Compensation is a joke. Impossible to receive bonus due to high utilization requirement. Management seems to have way too much time in their hands bc they love to play mind games with staff.
