Pros

Hybrid setup and strong work-from-home flexibility, which allows good work-life balance. Exposure to a variety of complex projects and clients — a great learning opportunity for someone early or mid-level. Some talented and dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about quality work.

Cons

Leadership lacks consistency and transparency; promises about role adjustments or process improvements often remain unfulfilled. Team dynamics can be political — initiative and high performance are not always rewarded, while complacency often goes unnoticed. Feedback culture is uneven: strong contributors sometimes receive more scrutiny than support. Limited strategic direction and reluctance to modernize processes or truly empower capable people. This company offers stability and exposure to technical work, but it’s not the right place for those who value clarity, fairness, and genuine collaboration The compensation is decent but insufficient considering the workload
