      Pros

      Growing company with opportunity for career growth and advancement. Focused on employee training and devoted to client satisfaction. Diversified with experienced mentors in engineering, architecture, surveying, and planning. Winner of several recent awards for employee satisfaction.

      Cons

      Can't think of any substantial cons. Management is very focused on making this a great place to work for all employees.

      Flexible time schedules with office/home work split options (when job applicable) is a nice and welcome addition to work-life balance.

      Could work on having a more consistent project kickoff structure.
