Wonderful work environment with smart people at the helm. Pay/benefits are competitive and have great amount of PTO you can build.

Cons

No cons that I've run into. Leadership is transparent with goals.

Pros

Enjoy going to work each day and feel like my work contributes to KSA. Employee opinion matters. Management does a wonderful job of keeping employees up to date and allowing their input.

Cons

Parking can be irritating at times but is manageable if you come to work early.

Easy-going office environment, co-workers friendly and always willing to help, both division managers I've worked under have been very busy but knowledgeable and always willing to help younger staff grow their professional abilities, engineers get exposure to all sorts of projects in all phases of development/construction

Cons

Interaction between offices and divisions can be a challenge
