Growing company with opportunity for career growth and advancement. Focused on employee training and devoted to client satisfaction. Diversified with experienced mentors in engineering, architecture, surveying, and planning. Winner of several recent awards for employee satisfaction.

Cons

Can't think of any substantial cons. Management is very focused on making this a great place to work for all employees.

KSA is an expanding company with opportunities for personal growth and advancement at all levels. All offices have a professional atmosphere with friendly employees. The leadership has kept this company successful for 36 years.

Cons

I can't of anything significant that is worth mentioning.

Pros

They were the only engineering firm that hired me after I graduated with my bachelors degree. They took a shot with me even though I did not have any experience in the field.The people were friendly, they knew what they were doing.

Cons

They did not plan ahead well enough. I was laid off because they were expecting projects to work out, but they did not.
