Pros

I like the fact that people are friendly, but they want to get things done. Management does care about their employees, and tries to help them out. There are a lot of opportunities for learning and advancement, if you are willing.

Cons

Sometimes there is a "good ole boy" mentality, and it is difficult to get past politics.

You can move up the ladder easy if you know what your doing,hardworking , and resourceful,

You can be let go of if your peers in management don't like you,yull find yourself bounced from lease to lease and then eventually ,gone ,layed off ,fired for some mikey mouse reason that doesn't make since,

There are no pros to working for KSI. I came to work here expecting big things, at least that's what I was told by the recruiter who hired me...

Cons

Low pay Poor benefits Cronyism No advancement opportunity No work life balance Did I mention the low pay Recruiters will say anything to get you work here, then things change as the promises come due
