      Pros

      Many opportunities to learn from and work with some great people. There are times where you can be working on large projects with a lot of responsibilities. Good benefits, workout room and cafeteria.

      Cons

      There can be some long workdays. Good work can go unappreciated. Mid-upper management is out of touch with their associates. Many good employees leave to leave for better paying jobs or to further their career.

      401k match, medical vision dental for family of 4 costs 40$ a month, two weeks paid vacation, paid shutdown in July & Dec, Yearly TOP bonus, Yearly profit share, Attendance bonus, education reimbursement.

      Cons

      4 years to max out, no longer offer a pention, very little OJT, high turnover.
