Not bad for temporary work, but tough for full time

No prior experience or skills required Perfect for students saving for college

Cons

Difficult to get hired full time If you aren't full time you don't get benefits and wage gap is significant Many 'lifers', and advancement beyond basic factory work is non-existent.
