There is a lot of negetive and disgruntled people that work here and don't care about this company which makes it harder for people that do care and those who haven't forgotten that this company has taken care of them and there family's needs to survive in this unforgiving world. This attitude is bringing this company down, management can't change that no matter how hard they try. Associates need to remember why they wanted to work here to begin with, instead of pointing fingers at everyone else, making matters worse with excuse's instead of being part of a solution.

Tremendous amounts of Japanese red-tape to go through at every step of any project. Managers don't have the power to change things (orders come from Japan). Way too much work load for the number of employees.
