Friendly hardworking people in ESG. Earned vacation for working shutdowns. Bonus at end of year.
Cons
Horrendous pay for ESG and takes forever to top out at a below average pay for college grads. Way below. It’s nothing more than a training facility. Do two years and get out making 8 dollars more an hour somewhere else. Been there less than a year and seen some really talented techs leave. Management knows the pay is terrible and couldn’t care less. They have not a clue what a well payed tech would do for down time. They are fine with tons of downtime and paying you next to nothing instead of paying a competitive wage and a employee caring about his job. Upper management/HR don’t have a clue. So out of touch with reality. Think they can run a plant without EVER being on the floor.
