Being a para at KVC is a stressful job, but the people you work with are always there to back you up. KVC has great benefits such as healthcare, college reimbursement, and retirement.

One of my favorite things about KVC is that everyone is always supportive and positive. We often work with stressful situations and crisis, and the organization as a whole makes sure the staff has resources needed to not become burnt out or overwhelmed. The workplace culture is fun, positive, and welcoming. They are always offering learning opportunities and trainings. The schedule is very flexible and time off is encouraged!

I have yet to encounter a negative experience.
