      LONG hours - 60+ "Work until the job is done" mentality No respect for work/life balance Minimal assistance for employee mental health - meets bare minimum requirements Upper Management does not care about those working in direct services Diversity and Inclusion efforts are minimal Toxic environment for marginalized individuals
