      Honestly, there are very minimal.

      KVC Nebraska is a toxic work environment. The president, directors, supervisors all gossip and talk down about lower level employees. They place blame on the lower level employees and never take accountability for their own downfalls and actions. HR states that they are paying a fair wage but when you look at other agencies they are paying far less. When you address this with them you are looked at as negative and an instigator. You have no time for a personal life or family. When discussing how it is a holiday or a day off, management will say “we don’t work traditional hours.” You are told to take the day off but then are talked down to when you don’t make yours required hours. AND THEY GAVE EMPLOYEES GIFT CARDS TO WRITE 5 STAR REVIEWS TO PUSH DOWN NEGATIVE REVIEWS/COMMENTS. Very sad.
