We appreciate that you shared several positive aspects of working at KVC. We also take seriously your concerns around management and safety. These are important topics that we are working through every day. For example, we provide monthly manager training, conduct a Q12 employee survey twice a year, and ask every employee to participate in a State of the Team action planning session. We are also laser focused on safety. That said, we agree there is room for improvement so we will double down on these efforts. Thank you for your service as a pediatric nurse!

Thank you for recognizing some of the great people and meaningful mission of KVC. We are aware of the staffing concern and working on it daily. We are working both on employee support and retention, as well as hiring new team members. While healthcare in general has a staffing crisis and the pandemic has exacerbated this, we are nonetheless committed to making KVC a great, fully staffed place to work.
