PTO accrues in a decent amount of time

Cons

The environment is terrible. Staff are overworked and underpaid which leads to confrontation. The clients are violent and it’s an extremely unsafe environment.

Love this company, been there over a year now and had no problems. Co workers are great and the company is always willing to help their employees out.

Cons

Pay is alright, slightly below average for Bachelor and Masters level occupation.

Pros

I like meeting new families and the kids makes this job worth while. I've met a few co-workers that have genuine hearts not only for the kids but for those the work with.

Cons

Cliques. They can make your life hell with extremely hard case loads. There's workplace bullying. You can have a good experience if your supervisor is respectful, empathetic, and considerate.
