      Pros

      They have great incentives and bonuses They pay for drive time (if over 20 miles) & in between clients They have a new bonus incentive Pretty structured

      Cons

      It sometimes takes a while to find new clients if you want to stay in a specific area.

      Tons of small companies in a large one

      -they care about their kiddos -they are kind to staff -wholesome work environment -they truly believe in what they do and want the best for everyone

      Cons

      - a bunch of small companies all were swallowed by Kadiant and over a year after it happened they still haven't figured out all the clerical and administrative kinks -bosses are so caught up with trying to keep the mess the big corporation has handed them running they forget to work with staff to help them progress career wise - I have felt forgotten since I am reliable
