Great benefits: Student loan program, 40k, medical

Cons

There needs to be a lot of work internally. So many changes with very little training. There is a lot of great ideas that are being implemented for clients however, supervisors are not receiving the proper training for the new changes.

Low hourly rate payment, plus, when they hire you they say that there would be a raise 4 times a year based on performance reviews, but this is not true. I asked them to acknowledge what promise but they never did it. There is no policy in place for client cancellation, so you get a lot of cancellations and instable caseload. Poor management and a lot of miscommunication.

Pay is great and competitive for our field. REALLY good benefits (i.e., student loan paydown, 401k matching, etc).

Cons

Toxic work environment, long hours, lots of red tape, disorganized, growing pains.
