      Collaborative Company with a Great Leadership Team!

      Pros

      The management team is open to hearing opinions from all team members, not just other senior levels. I have had great interactions with the admin staff and love that they are so helpful. Pay seems on par with other ABA companies in the area, but they offer more benefits than many others such as student loan paydown. Kadiant offers a positive and supportive cultures for team members at all levels!

      Cons

      It can sometimes feel that decisions don't get made quickly, and it can take a while to hear back from some team members.

      Pros

      Working at Kadiant has shown me what a positive and collaborative company culture can build. You can truly tell that Kadiant cares about it's people and the well-being of our clients and community. It's refreshing to work for a company that is so collaborative and transparent with it's team members. I have never felt like I couldn't communicate or reach out for support when needed. "Town halls" are held frequently to give company updates and allow us the time and attention that we need to ask questions and feel heard. This has been SO appreciated during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Kadiant lives by it's values! I love that I work for a company where "being kind" is listed as a value. The amount of times a team member of mine or Supervisor has reached out to me to see if I needed support or just to check in on me, shows how people-centered Kadiant really is. There is so much opportunity for growth within the company. Whether you're on the clinical or administrative side, there are opportunities available! As Kadiant continues to grow, I'm excited to see how career development grows with it. Keep up the good work, Kadiant!

      With any growing company there will be growing pains. With that said, I think Kadiant has done a good job at listening to their team members needs and being solution oriented.

      -Getting experience in the field of working with kids -bonding with kids

      Cons

      -Being put with difficult clients with little to no support from managment -Not enough training -Kids are overworked to a point where it is truly unethical -Burnout rate high, most employees quit before a year
