Pros

I felt like I had lots of support on my cases. Training was adequate. Travel reimbursement. Lots of supervision and opportunities to improve and/or better help your clients.

Cons

Schedule wasn't fully 35-40 hours as I requested initially. It really just depended on the demand in my area.

Pros

Cons

The workplace environment exhibits several critical issues: 1. **Lack of Advancement Opportunities**: Despite claims of upward mobility, career progression often hinges on personal favor with management rather than merit or qualifications. Employees with impressive credentials may face significant obstacles if they are not well-connected within the organization. 2. **Communication and Support Deficiencies**: Employees frequently encounter challenges due to inadequate communication and lack of support. The lack of clear contact points or assistance for client and business matters is a persistent issue. 3. **Post-Acquisition Challenges**: The integration following the acquisition by Attain has exacerbated problems. There is noticeable favoritism towards Attain employees, which has led to a lack of support and opportunities for Kadiant employees. Efforts to improve morale through contests and events often overlook those who are not in favor with management. 4. **Employee Treatment and Management Behavior**: There are frequent reports of management belittling employees in private, with such behavior occasionally leaking and being ignored by higher-ups. This issue is exacerbated by management's tendency to overlook or deny problematic behavior. 5. **Diversity and Inclusion Efforts**: Initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive environment for people of color have been undermined. Previous efforts, such as dedicated groups and the DEI committee, were poorly managed and ultimately dismantled, leading to perceptions that these initiatives were intentionally sabotaged. 6. **Policy Inconsistencies**: Policies are inconsistently applied, often influenced by personal favor rather than adherence to established rules. 7. **Pay Issues**: Employees frequently experience irregularities with their pay, including shortfalls or complete non-payment. 8. **Unethical and Unprofessional Conduct**: The workplace is marked by unethical behavior, including dishonesty, false accusations, and threats. There is a concerning practice of deploying non-registered Behavior Technicians to client sites to minimize costs, which poses significant risks. These issues collectively contribute to a challenging and often untenable work environment.
