Flexibility although they do require you be available for certain hours of the day (which they then could not fill because they didn't seem to have enough clients in my region)

Cons

They require you to have your own device to take to sessions, something I didn't know until after training. The misinformed me about my pay, leading me to believe I'd be starting at $24 an hour but actually paying me less than minimum wage There are so many different people - I didn't know who my supervisor was, and no one reached out to me to let me know They required I set aside Mon-Fri from 3-7pm and then only offered me 4 hours a week for the first month. I can't survive off of this. I was sent outside of my region (and state! which I was not licensed for) when I was specifically informed that wouldn't happen.
