Pros

I have been with the company for 5 years. I started as a BT and during the pandemic decided to get my masters because I love the ABA field . Kadiant was very supportive when I deiced to go back to school and get a Masters in ABA. I love working with a variety of families and teaching a client something that is beneficial and they will use it for the rest of there life. I love how the clinical supervisor and the program supervisor , and BT can all come together and work on goals that will help the client .This job is very rewarding.

Cons

Driving from one client to the next can be a bit over whelming when there is traffic.

Great company to work for. The training helps me have a more understanding of what I was walking into. The Instructors are very helpful with the trainings and take time one on one with any questions needed before goig into the field. Great environment overall.
