Pros

Kadiant is hands down the most ethical and supportive ABA company I have ever worked for. You get training and support from day 1 of being hired. In only 6 months of working at Kadiant I feel more confident as a clinician from the trainings and support provided. If I have a question or issue, it is always answered or solved within 24 hours. I see this level of support given for all levels of the treatment team, which has been great for clinical team retention rates as well. They even have associates who help keep compliance standards met, reminders for important assessment/report dates, and multiple quality assurance checks for reports. I can't recommend Kadiant enough!

Weekly incentive $$ for employees who work over 20hrs per week Supervisors are respectful and friendly and really make you feel part of the team There are always opportunities to move up and your mentors/supervisors are available to give you advice/recommendations on how to further your career

Kadiant is a great company! When I was looking for companies that were flexible with my schedule, other companies were not as accommodating but Kadiant was very accepting. On top of that, the community is very welcoming. It was my first time going through the process of becoming an RBT and there are multiple people who reach out and become your cheerleader. They walk you through everything, which made the process so easy. My supervisor is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and not only is she nice, but she gives me feedback that continuously help me grow.

Cons

Kadiant is understaffed and needs more people who can help!
